Elaine Neyra was last seen on August 13 around 4:30 p.m. to leave her neighborhood near Conroy and Johnston streets. Police say her family is concerned for her safety. She is described as Hispanic, about 9 feet, and very thin with short curly dark brown hair and brown eyes. She has a crown tattooed on her left arm with the word “Queen” written underneath. She also has a scar on her upper right arm from recent surgery. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
