Ye went on the offensive Saturday with a series of new posts targeting Daniel Cherry III. DC is the Senior Vice President/General Manager of Adidas — and Kanye is dragging him over the coals for what he apparently sees as stealing the Yeezy trademark. We saw this earlier in the week… KW was upset about feeling rejected by Yeezy’s management through the Gap — and now, he’s going back to the Adidas source. In one of his newest messages — which appears to be directed at Cherry — he refers to “VCs” … or venture capitalists. Kanye writes, “THE ENTREPRENEUR CAPITALIST THAT’S ONLY AN ADVENTURE IS CAPITALISM. IT CAN’T CREATE SO THEY TRY TO MEASURE THE CREATORS.” Ye adds, “DIE SLOW.” There’s more… Kanye seems to be hinting at some sort of history he and Cherry share — claiming that DC recently told Lil Uzi Vert that he should have “got it on” with Ye years ago, something that really pisses him off. He says he already has a fake NYT death cover in the can for when Cherry is fired — which Ye foresees. He also writes … “I GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TO GET INVOLVED BEFORE I AM LEGALLY FINISHED WITH YOU.” Kanye has shot thousands of photos of Chery in different scenarios with mocking captions … hinting at the idea that Cherry was hired to manage Yeezy without Kanye’s knowledge and is supposedly running it into the ground — at least from her POV KW.
