Many people were seen running in different directions earlier in the night. Multiple officers and deputies were seen carrying rifles and traveling through the area with their emergency lights on shortly before 10:30 p.m. An area near Midway was cordoned off from the crime scene. The streets of the fair were almost completely cleared by the police at around 11pm 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has a crew on scene and working to learn more.
