In a tweet shortly before 8pm, police asked for the public’s help to find three-year-old Zarah Ousmane, who was last seen in Binbrook Conservation Area. More than two hours later, police tweeted that the girl had been located and taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her whereabouts and cause of death were not immediately known. “Our hearts go out to her family for their tragic loss,” police tweeted. They added that officers will remain in the area as they investigate her death.
