A fire has broken out outside Lytton. BC Wildfire is responding to the Lower Arthur Fire located about 20 kilometers northeast of Lytton, a town that was destroyed by fire last summer. The fire is approximately four hectares in size and is currently classified as out of control. BCWS tweeted that air tankers are responding with helicopters and ground personnel en route. It burns in the third position, which means an organized flame front and an occasional medium-speed candle. The fire is expected to be caused by humans.
