Norfolk police officers responded around midnight to a call of shots fired in the 5000 block of Killiam Avenue, less than a mile from the campus, officials said. Two of the seven suffered “life-threatening” injuries, police said. “Many” of the victims are students at Norfolk State University across town, the school said on Twitter early Sunday morning.
