It happened around 2:30 am. on Langstaff Street, just east of Weston Road.
Two men were shot inside the 2020 Restaurant and Lounge on the plaza, York Regional Police said. Both were shot and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Surveillance footage from the area shown by CP24 shows dozens of patrons running out of the venue after the shooting, some of them running and stumbling.
It is not yet clear what led to the shooting.
Detectives are still trying to find more surveillance video and will canvass the area today. They are urging anyone with information to contact investigators.
So far there is no information on possible suspects.
