A Joint Rescue Coordination Center official said the incident happened around 12:15 p.m. Saturday on Parker Island. Authorities received a call that a helicopter on a cliff had rolled into the water, the official said. At the time of the incident, four people were on board the helicopter and the other two passengers were not injured.
