Cleotha Abston was charged Sunday with aggravated kidnapping and forgery, hours after police found him inside the black SUV wanted in connection with Fletcher’s disappearance. The mother has not yet been located. Authorities in Tennessee searched Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, for Fletcher, who police said was kidnapped and forced into a vehicle.
